Recipe of the Week: Sweet Potato Hummus


1 cup of mashed cooked sweet potato
1 15 ounce can of organic chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
2 Tbsp of olive oil

Directions: Puree above ingredients! Easy as 1-2-3! A serving is 1/4 cup! Use with fresh raw vegetables or roll up in whole wheat tortilla!
