If you've never run before, or if you have not done any running for six months or longer, then this is the program for you! This eight week running program is designed for a gradual progression in which the walking time decreases as the running time slowly increases, at the end of the program you will be prepared to run 5K. You will meet with the Instructor and team once per week and you will be required to complete the other sessions on your own time either with running partners or individually. This is a great program to help you lose weight, increase energy, lean out the lower body, meet new friends who are around the same fitness level, and stay accountable to yourself, the instructor and the team!
